Refund policy

At MANYX, we strive to deliver premium-quality, stylish, and comfortable fashion wear that you’ll love. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • With all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.

    • Not worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Items such as innerwear, accessories, or sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.

To initiate a return:
Email us at support@manyx.in or fill out the return request form on our website with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

 

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email or message about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

3. Exchanges

  • We currently offer size and color exchanges for the same product (subject to stock availability).

  • If the desired size or color is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided as per your choice.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide images or a short video of the issue, and our team will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery as per our return policy.
