At MANYX, we aim to deliver your favorite fashion pieces quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or message with your order details once your purchase is complete.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within:

    • 3–7 business days for major cities in India.

    • 7–10 business days for remote or rural areas.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Note: During festive seasons or sales, processing and delivery times may take slightly longer due to high demand.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A standard delivery fee may apply to orders below ₹999 or for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases.

  • Any applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pin codes across India.

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for your order at the delivery address.

  • Repeated COD cancellations may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via email or SMS.

  • You can use this link to track your shipment’s real-time status until delivery.

6. Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or non-payment, the order will be marked as undelivered.

  • The order can be re-shipped after verifying details and payment of re-shipping charges, if applicable.

  • If a package is returned to us, we will contact you for reshipment or refund (as per our return policy).

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, MANYX ships only within India.

  • International shipping will be available soon — stay tuned for updates!
